Butter Beer: Butterscotch Goodness

My brothers and I absolutely love the Harry Potter book and film series! We went to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter when it opened in Florida and were ecstatic once a location in Los Angeles opened. We of course were decked out in our Gryffindor gear each time we went and getting the butter beer was a must! We enjoyed this warm butterscotch goodness so much that I decided to re-create it at home. This tastes exactly like the theme park version and since I make it at home I can top it with extra homemade whip cream!
