Over the past few years my family and I have become more health conscious. As much as I love a delicious hot bowl of rich velvety butter chicken, it’s not a dish I eat everyday. I had to find ways to be healthy without sacrificing flavor. Quinoa became a great alternative to use for recipes I traditionally made with rice! Eating healthy doesn't have to be boring and bland!
