Potato Puffs - Valentine's Edition

Check out my yummy Valentine’s Day inspired recipe for Potato Puffs! They’re a popular Indian appetizer! Let’s be real you can’t go wrong with puff pastry!!! Lol! Everything taste good wrapped in some puff pastry dough, especially spiced potatoes!!! These get scarfed down real quick every time I make them!!! I also love making large batches and freezing them! You can store them in an airtight container/zip lock bag in your freezer for up to 2 months! It’s so convenient to pop a few in the oven whenever you want! Hope you enjoy these as much as I do!!!
